Responsibilities

• Research on Regulatory provisions applicable to the Company
• Trademark and Copyright application related tasks
• Agreement Drafting
• Documentation for the Business Activities of the Company
• Monitor, Coordinate, Expedite the ongoing Litigations
• Research Case Laws
• Coordinate with external Legal Advisors
• Liasioning with all stakeholders
• Keep the Management updated on ongoing Legal and Regulatory Affairs
• Compliances related to Charitable Trusts
• Conduct research on regulatory provisions under RBI and SEBI for company compliance.
• Manage trademark and copyright applications.
• Draft, review, redline, and negotiate commercial agreements.
